The unit is required to attach sale deed executed between Sh. Sunil Kumar Nandal and Sh. Rameshwar Gandhi and Sh. Prem Pal Gandhi. 2. The unit has not submitted latest current proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib. 3. The unit is required to submit the undertaking regarding code of practice for crusher and screening-cum-washing plant. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">However, the unit has failed to submit reply to the said clarification even after affording adequate opportunity of time. Therefore, the application is required to be returned with request to apply a fresh after removing above said observations.</span></p>
