Cloth @ 2000 Kgs/day, Washing of Garments @ 300 Numbers/Day with discharge of trade effluent @ 99.5 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD with conditions mentioned therein. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Thereafter, the industry had applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 through OCMMS, which was refused vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2023/20953501 dated 28.02.2023 due to the industry was operating its all machinery and no seal was found intact on its earlier sealed machine.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">C)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Accordingly, the Competent Authority of the Board has issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to PSPCL authorities to disconnect the electric supply of the industry. The PSPCL authorities vide TDCO no. 115/298 dated 07.03.2023 has disconnect the electric supply of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">D)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for dyeing of PC Clothes @ 2000 kgs/day, washing of garments @ 300 nos/day and discharge of trade effluent @ 99.5 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD into CETP 50 MLD conveyance system. The industry has submitted request to restore the electric supply of the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">E)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has already deposited Rs. 4040/- (2940/- water + 1100 NOC) </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">vide UTR No. SDL111140215 dated 18.08.2022 under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30.06.2027.</span></p>

However, the industry has granted 100 KLD shares of CETP, hence due to excess discharge one soft flow of 450 Kgs and one soft flow of 250 Kgs was sealed by the Board. Thereafter, the industry has removed the 01 sealed soft flow machine of capacity 250 from its premises and present only have 10 chambers. Hence, as per GNE calculation the effluent generation will be 200 KLD. The industry had removed the seal from its machine at its own. Therefore, one soft flow of 450 Kgs and 01 soft flow of 250 Kgs i.e. total 05 chambers is required to be seal.</span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply. </span></p>
