The industry has not proposed to install any D.G. set. The domestic effluent will be generated @ 0.5 KLD and same will be discharged onto land for plantation after septic<span style="letter-spacing: .65pt;"> </span>tank.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Cambria; mso-bidi-font-family: Cambria; mso-font-width: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The proposed site of the stone crusher was visited by AEE on 14/03/2023 and observed that<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> there is </span>no any physical construction started at the site. No residential house/Mandir/ Gurudwara<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>were found within 500 meters radius of the site. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; margin: 0in 4.8pt .0001pt 5.35pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-font-width: 110%;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>pollution<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>angle<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>may be granted<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>to the<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>stone crusher for one<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>year period<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>with suitable conditions along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
