<p style="text-align: justify;">As recommended earlier, it is again recommended that the following action be taken after taking legal opinion:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Directions u/s 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for temporarily restoration of Electric connection i.e. for six months only. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. ‘Consent to Operate’ under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted to the project proponent for shorter period i.e. for six months subjected to suitable conditions and special conditions as under:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">a. The project proponent shall make best efforts to control dust emissions in the vicinity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">b. The project proponent shall provide water sprinkling facility to control dust emissions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">c. The project proponent is liable to complete the allotted work in said period. No further extension in the ‘Consent to Operate’ shall be granted to the project proponent.</p>
