As per policy of the Board ‘the existing rice shellers (Dry/Wet process) can only be allowed to expand within the existing premises, in case either the existing premises of the industry is situated outside the M.C limits of the nearest town or in the designated industrial area within the M.C Limits as per statutory/non-statutory <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>master of the town. In this case, it has been reported that the industry has submitted certificate issued by Executive Officer, Nagar Council, Bhucho vide his letter no. 911 dt. 17.10.2019 to the effect that the site of the industry is situated outside the M.C limit. The said certificate is old for a period of more than 3.5 years……………………. The industry has applied for varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for expanded capacity by making addition of some machinery at its own, whether the industry has submitted any document from the department of DFSC regarding verification/approval of expanded capacity.</span></p> |
