BMW/Fresh/ASR/2023/21184458 dated 28/02/2023 (Number of Chairs @ 1).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the dental clinic has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Number of Chairs @ 2) along with previous granted authorization, Annexure-I, Site Plan, Project Report & Lease Deed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><a name="_Hlk86673810"></a>The dental clinic has deposited Rs. 1,000/- vide Receipt No. 703198133 dtd 13/03/2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 1,500/- vide Receipt No. 703198133 dtd 13/03/2023 under Water Act, 1974 (including Rs. 500/- as an application form fee), which is adequate up to 31/03/2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The dental clinic was visited by officer of this office on 15/03/2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The dental clinic has installed primary water treatment equipment in Laboratory and Operation Theatre with the help of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution and no STP-cum-ETP installed at the outlet of dental clinic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The dental clinic has freshly started maintaining the record of Bio-Medical Waste.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The dental clinic has not installed any D.G. set.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the dental clinic is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The dental clinic is having capacity of 02 no. dental chairs and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is pertinent to mention here that an order regarding the grant of authorization/consents/registration to the bedded HCF/industries has been issued vide Head Office, no. 100 dated 10/03/2023, wherein it is described the stipulations for grant of BMW Authorization under BMW Rules 2016, Consents under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 up to 30/09/2023 and grace time given for the installation of STP subject to the results of treated parameters as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 30/09/2023 subject to usual conditions and along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The HCF will submit the waste water analysis report to the Board, within 02 months, where STP at terminal end is installed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The HCF will renew its agreement time to time made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility well before its expiry and submit the copy of same in this office.</span></p> |
