Sanjeev Kumar earlier proprietor of the BKO has sold the kiln to Sh. Pardeep Kumar i.e ownership of the industry is changed. Hence, the industry (BKO) is required to apply for fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. So return the application. </span></p> |
