<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The application was scrutinized and observed that the HCF has already granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 valid upto 30.06.2023. As per condition the<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>HCF shall apply for renewal in validity of consent atleast two months before expiry of the consent. Also the HCF has not submit consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with the application. Also as per special condition the HCF get effluent samples (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from and approved Lab of the Board.</span></p>
