The representative of the industry informed that the product is sent to following firms for use of making plastic khathi and cycle parts M/s Sahib International Ludhiana, M/s H.S. Mannu, Ludhiana, M/s Manu Plastic, Ludhiana and M/s Rakesh Plastic Industry, Ludhiana. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">It is therefore recommended that CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months with following conditions: </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">1. The industry will apply and obtain registration under PMW Rules, 2016 as recycler on CPCB EPR portal. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">2. The industry will ensure not to supply plastic granules as raw material to producer for manufacturing single use plastic. </span></p> |
