The fees deposited by the Brick Kiln under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 is not adequate.</span></p>

PSCST/CC/1199 dated 08.03.2019 (Namely M/s Billa Brick Traders) in which it has been stated that the subject cited brick kiln has constructed induced draft brick kiln with zig-zag firing as per the technology evolved by the PSCST, Chandigarh.</span></p>
