<p>it is intimated that the industry has now submitted a report from the DTP jalandhar vide letter no. 377 Dated 14.03.2023 and which it has been mentioned that the site falls in the Local planning area Goraya according to which site falls in the rural and agriculture zone. further it is stated that according to govt notification vide no. PS/PSHUD/206 Dated 12.11.2021 in rural and agriculture zones provided distance from abadi of minimum 50 puccs houses is 250 m and distance from abadi of 15 pucca houses is 100 m, the activity is allowed.</p>
<p>2. The site is 5 km away from Municipal corporation limits , 2 km away from MC phillaur limits.</p>
<p>3.The site doesn't falls in the 500 mtrs radius of the National Highway/State Higway/Bypass or Scheduled Road.</p>
