The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib.
2. The unit has not filled the application form properly and has not mentioned the capacity and type of machinery i.e. stone crusher or screening cum washing plant.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
