<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">It is intimated this is commersial project , T</span>he PP has obtained CTO under the Water Act, 1974 upto 31.03.2023 for generation of domestic Effluent @ 42 KLD and after treatment in STP, 30 KLD reused for flushing and 12 KLD discharged into GMADA Sewer, and the project proponent has applied for renewal, hence, the comments on adequacy of land for disposal of wastewater is not required.it has obtainted The the P.P has applied for fresh CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for generation of Domestic Effluent @ 42.0 KLD- out of which 30 KLD reused for flushing and 12 KLD IN TO Into GMADA Sewer after treatment in STP of capacity 50 KLD.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US">R.O has reported that n</span>o occupancy has come in the project,<span lang="EN-US"> PP has provided the dual plumbing line all around the project and storage tank for treated waste water has been provided near the STP. PP has made the arrangement for flusing and into sewer to handle the treated waste hence </span>the comments on adequacy of land for disposal of wastewater is not required. The pp has installed DG set of 160 KVA with canopy and inadequate stack height. The pp has not obtained CTO under Air Act, 1981,<span lang="EN-IN"> the pp is yet to install composter at the site for biodegradable solid waste management. RO has also reported that PP is compling the provision with Water Act,1974</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 31/3/2024 with the additional conditions proposed by E.E, Regional Office alongwith the following additional conditions may be imposed as under.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> E.E, Regional Office shall visit the site to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance made with environment laws and send the report.</span></p>
