<p>It is submitted t<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">he hospital has deposited Rs. 12,000/- vide UTR/Reference No. 000792554629 dtd 21/01/2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 12,000/- vide UTR/Reference No. 000784463633 dtd 21/01/2023 under Air Act, 1981, which was adequate up to 30/09/2028 and the same has been adjusted upto 30.09.2027 thereby accomodating the penalty for applying late and Rs 500/- vide UTR No. 000784462676 dated 21/01/2023 as application form fee.</span></p>
<p><strong style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span></strong><span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 30/09/2027 subject to usual conditions and along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.75in; text-indent: -0.5in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The HCF will renew its agreement time to time made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility well before its expiry and submit the copy of same in this office.</span></p> |
