As per latest C.A certificate submitted by the industry, the value of gross fixed assets is increased of Rs. 45.12 Lac. The industry required to deposit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 3600/-, due to increased of fixed assets.
The industry is also required to submit the detail of water consumption / effluent discharge based on capacity of machinery, liquor ratio, number of lots, number of working hours, number of baths, boiler blowdown, waste generated from DM plant / softener / RO plant, cooling water surplus, condensate recovery / waste, re-dyeing and any other effluent generation.
You are requested to submit the reply of above said observations, within 02 days positively.
