<p>It is submitted that Rs 2500 has been inadverently got written in Water Application . It is informed that the industry has submitted B.G of Rs 25000/ in this office and has assured that they will lift only spent HCL to the CETP operator i.e. M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd, CETP, 260-61, Phase-8, Focal Point, Ludhiana. and they will lift only spent H2SO4 to the authorized re-processor facility with the Board. Further ,the industry has assured that they will comply with the provision of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</p>
