<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by the RO. it is intimated that the industry has applied for fresh CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. RO has reported that the site is suitable for such a type of project, RO has also reported that the industry is complying the provision with the Air Act, of 1981 </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But RO has not carried out the Water audit freshwater consumption in process and trade effluent got left to authorized CETP.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved fresh CTO under Water Act,1974 applied by the industry be granted for six months with special conditions as proposed by the industry. EE, RO may also be requested to carry out the water audit freshwater consumption in process and trade effluent got left to authorized CETP, verify the mode of disposal and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</p>
