<p>(A) Grant of consent under Water Act 1974 upto 30.09.2023 is approved, principally with special conditions that :-</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: #002060;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic-thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises<strong>. </strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: #002060;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">(8)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;">The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.</span></p>
<p>(B) Sir, as the CETP at Leather Complex is achieving the prescribed norms, hence submitted for approval to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act 1974 for not to disconnect electric connection of industry upto 30/09/2023.</p> |
