CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2022/18087507 dated 11.03.2022 for the production of dyeing of knitted cloth/yarn @ 4000 Kgs/day for the disposal of trade effluent @ 395.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 4.5 KLD into 15 MLD CETP, which was expired on 10.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 112.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for the production of dyeing of knitted cloth/yarn @ 4000 Kgs/day for the disposal of trade effluent @ 395.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 4.5 KLD into 15 MLD CETP. The industry had already deposited Rs. 18,500/- vide R No. 628768464 dated 19.09.2021 (Rs. 18,000/-under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 1600/- vide R no. 328395373 dated 12.03.2023 as Rs. 1100/- NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee, which is adequate upto 31.03.2026.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 16.03.2023 and it was observed that:- </span></p>

As per record of this office, earlier only 09 soft flow dyeing machines of total capacity 3150 kg were installed inside the industry. Hence the industry has added one more soft flow machine of capacity 300 Kg without obtaining prior permission from the Board.</span></p>
