<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that earlier the industry was visited by the officer of this office on 04.01.2023 and found some violations. Thereafter, the industry was given personal hearing given on 14/02/2023 by Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-1) of the Board w.r.t. Show cause notice for violation of the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. After hearing, it was decided as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 1.25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 200%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall operate its evaporator regularly and efficiently so as to evaporate the entire effluent generated from the process.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 1.25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 200%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry will immediately apply for consent to operate as required under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Tablets @ 30000 Numbers/Day, Capsules @ 50000 Numbers/Day by using Calcium, Talcum, Silymarin, Starch, Gelatin @ 60 Kgs/day as raw material, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 38.04 lakh as on 03/02/2023. The industry has deposited Rs. 29000.00/- vide online UTR no. N039232324040822 dated 08/02/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 01/09/2025, under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 after adjustment of penalty fees under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted copy of building plan approved by the competent person Er. Rajnish Kumar Singla under Director of Factories Act. The industry has submitted its transfer letter from PSIEC vide no. 16614 dated 25/07/2019.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 15/03/2023 and during visit, it was observed that:</span></p>

The industry has installed pan evaporator to treat the effluent generated from washing of color making machine.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was granted to the industry upto 30/06/2025, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not discharge its trade effluent into Sewer in any case.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not install any furnace/ boiler/ DG set any other source of air pollution without providing necessary air pollution control arrangements and without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
