It is submitted that the report of legal samples collected on 11.01.2023 has been received and as per analysis report, concentration of various parameters is pH = 7.3, TSS = 192 mg/l, BOD = 140 mg/l & F-coli = 1,70,000 mg/l. Thus, concentration of TSS, BOD & F-coli is beyond the prescribed limits of the Board. It is further submitted that the STP Jagraon 12 MLD was visited on 06.03.2023 to check the latest status and it was observed that no work related to rehabilitation has started at site. </span></p>
