<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry was earlier granted Consent to Establish under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2020/13422693 dated 12-08-2020 was valid upto 12-08-2021 for manufacturing of Plastic Bottles and Accessories @ 150000 Numbers/Day by using Virgin Plastic Granules @ 500.0 Kgs/day as raw material, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate Under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Plastic Bottles and Accessories @ 150000 Numbers/Day by using Virgin Plastic Granules @ 500.0 Kgs/day as raw material, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 580.85 lakh as on 31/12/2022. The industry has deposited Rs. 1,60,100/- vide online R. no. N035232317173650 dated 04/02/2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30/11/2027, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted copy of building plan approved by the competent person Er. Rajnish Kumar Singla under Director of Factories Act. The industry has submitted its transfer letter from PSIEC vide no. 20905 dated 23/01/2008.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry is visited by AEE of this office on 15.03.2023 and during visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

The industry is generating only domestic effluent and same is being discharge into sewer.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/11/2027, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>

Sets without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
