CTOW/Varied/SAS/2022/19104752 dated 13/07/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/SAS/2022/19104748 dated 13/07/2022 both were valid upto 31/12/2022 for Residential Project having 702 flats namely “Falcon View” developed by M/s Janta Land Promoters Private Limited, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The application of the project proponent was returned with the request which is reproduced as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 9.0pt 10.0pt 1.0in;"><em><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">“The project proponent was given an opportunity of personal hearing before worthy Chairman on 09.03.2022 wherein it was decided that the project proponent shall install STP of 2.8 MLD for treatment of waste-water generated from Super-mega mix project of which Galaxy Height is also a part in compliance of decision of SEIAA by 31.12.2022 and will submit pert chart to Board. Further, the STP, GMADA is already running under-capacity and separate action against GMADA is under process. However, the timeline of 31.12.2022 has already lapsed and the project proponent has represented in SEIAA and Punjab Pollution Control Board for extension in timeline from 31.12.2022 to 30.06.2023 and the request is under process and no decision has presently being done on the request. In view of above the application of the project proponent is returned with request to re-submit the same after his request for extension in time for installation of STP is considered.”</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, with same capacity. The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate which showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. 513.66 Crore as on 25/06/2022 to Rs. 542.39 Crore 30/11/2022. Earlier, the fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 31.03.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted a letter from SEIAA vide no. 104 dated 20/01/2023 for treat the wastewater generation from, the Super Mega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park Project (all components) located at Sector 66A, 82 and 83 SAS Nagar in sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of GMADA, till their 6 MLD STP will be made operational.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted its six months compliance report of Environmental Clearance granted by SEIAA and compliance report conditions of consent to operate under earlier granted to it the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

Out of 25 towers, the project proponent has completed entire structure work as well as finishing work of 14 towers. The project proponent has also completed structure work of 02 more towers and 02 towers structure work completed upto 65%, 01 tower construction work completed upto G+1 Storied building. The project proponent has not started any construction activity on the remaining 06 towers of the said pocket-A.</span></p>

Out of 06 towers, the project proponent has completed structure and finishing work of 03 towers and the project proponent has not started any construction on the remaining 03 towers.</span></p>

The project proponent has completed civil construction work of the STP of 70-75%. The project proponent has assured that the STP will be commissioned before 30/06/2023. The STP will take care of effluent generated from Super Mega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park Project, sector 66A, 82 & 83 and Mega Industrial Project, sector 82.</span></p>
