Earlier the industry was granted consents both valid upto 30.06.2023 for manufacturing of Steel vices @ 60 No/day by installing shot blast and paint both.</span></p>

As per agenda note the industry was visited by the AEE on 27.02.2023 and it was observed that the industry has installed 02 no. forging upsettler with adequate stack height. The industry has also installed other general machinery in its premises. The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factories Act, Punjab.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. </span></p>
