Therefore, there is a difference in the raw material, products and waste water generation w.r.t last CTOs granted to the industry…………………………2. As compared to the previous C.A certificate, there is difference in the value of building and machinery, hence the industry is required to submit revised building plans either approved from the Director, Department of Factories, Punjab or prepared and signed by the Architect approved by the Factory department. The industry is also required to submit detail of machinery installed due to which value of fixed assets under the machinery head has been increased………………..3. The industry has not submitted compliance report of previous consents conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 300.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">From the above, it is clear that there is difference in raw material, products and waste water generation as compared to the previous CTOs, hence, the industry is required to apply for varied CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 instead of applying for renewal of previous CTOS. </span></p> |
