O16FDKCTOW3846662 & O16FDKCTOA3846648 dated 28.03.2016 for operation of marriage palace with validity upto 30.09.2020 alongwith suitable condition mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the marriage palace has applied for obtaining renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS on 11.07.2022. The detail of the case is as under:</span></p>

Accordingly, the marriage palace has deposited consent fee of Rs. 16,200/- (Rs. 7,200/- vide UTR / Ref. No. 961746656 dated 20.01.2023 + Rs. 9,000/- verified by Account Branch, Head Office, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala through email dated 10.03.2023) under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 16,200/- (Rs. 7,200/- vide UTR / Ref. No. 719838383 dated 20.01.2023 + Rs. 9,000/- verified by Account Branch, Head Office, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala through email dated 10.03.2023) under the Air Act, 1981 and adequate upto 30.09.2028 after imposition of penalty as per office order dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>

The plantation area provided is adequate.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, the marriage palace is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and the guidelines issued by the Board vide order no.(HQ-2)/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021. </span></p>
