<p>It is submitted that the industry has submitted requisite undertaking, wherein it has mentioned that the industry shall provide pucca road in the entire movement area within 3 months. <span lang="EN-IN" style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that - Varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 6 TPH of Raw rice / sorted rice with dryer in the existing premises for a period upto 30.09.2027, </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">subject to the suitable conditions along with following special conditions : -</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1. The rice sheller will get its air emission sample analyzed by Board's lab/Board's approved lab within 2 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2. The rice sheller shall provide brick road for the movement of vehicles in the entire movement area and shall submit the compliance report to the PPCB after 3 months.</span></p> |
