<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 3pt; line-height: 6px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; text-indent: 70.9pt;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Laminate @10 MTD as products, along with requisite document. </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; text-indent: 70.9pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 90500/- vide R. no. 69877730 dated 27.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 90500/- vide R. no. 691655881 dated 27.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 (considering NOC of Rs. 18000/- and Penalty for late fee of Rs. 9000/- for each Acts), for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 9.27 cr. on 12.01.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of Tax Invoice dated 06.07.2022, as a proof of date of commissioning of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has also submitted a copy of building plan signed by Sh. Jasvir Singh, Competent Person, under the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of conveyance deed dated 19.04.2021 executed between Sh. Karamjit Singh and M/s Vapco industries, for part of Khasra no. 88(4-0), 87(4-0), having land area 01 Bhigas, 10 Biswas.</span></p>

Amit Goel, Sh. Pankaj Goel and Sh. Abhinav Singla.</span></p>

The representative of the industry informed that washing of rollers is not carried out and cleaning is done with the help of cloths only. The industry has already executed agreement no. 10620 dated 09.02.2023, with TSDF Nimbua, for lifting of hazardous waste of category 21.1, i.e. process waste/residue and hazardous waste of category 5.2.</span></p>
