<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 4.65pt .0001pt 5.35pt;">It is intimated that the Hospital has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 22 authorized beds through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 4.65pt .0001pt 5.35pt;"> The HCF has deposited Rs. 13000/- vide UTR No. 34108896 dated 14/03/2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 1000/- NOC regularization fee & Rs. 12500/- vide UTR No. BARBR23054625644 dated 23/02/2023 Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- application fee, which are adequate upto 31/12/2027. </p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 4.65pt .0001pt 5.35pt;"> The HCF has submitted copy of building plan approve from MC, Dinanagar. The HCF has submitted receipt issued from PWSSB, Dinanagar regarding permission of discharge of its treated effluent into MC sewer.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 4.65pt .0001pt 5.35pt;"> The authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 is valid upto 31/03/2023 vide online reference no. BMW/Renewal/GRP/2018/7560053 dated 15/05/2018 for 22 beds through OCMMS. </p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 4.65pt .0001pt 5.35pt;">The HCF has submitted feasibility report of ETP of capacity @ 10 KLD installed for treatment of effluent being generated from the hospital.</p>

The compliance of BMW Rules, 2016 were also verified and HCF found complying. </span><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;"> </span></p>
