<p style="text-align: justify;">CEE retired on 10.03.2023. His successor is yet to be appointed. Being restoration case, the competency lies with the Chairman sir. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To avoid the delay, the matter is forwarded for consideration and approval of the actions as proposed by EE (ZL) in his note dated 16.03.2023 as recommended at (A), (B) & (C) but with proportionate production against the effluent discharge (346.5 KLD) which works out @ 14.4 MTD.</p>
