<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;">It is intimated that the hospital has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 30 authorized beds through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;">The hospital has deposited Rs. 24500/- vide UTR No. SBIN422349158497 15/12/2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- application fee & Rs. 26000/- vide UTR No. SBIN122335098273 01/12/2022 Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 2000/- as NOC Regularization fee which are adequate upto 30/09/2027.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"> The authorization under Bio Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 was valid upto 31/01/2021 vide online reference no. BMW/Renewal/GRP/2020/14234681 dated 06/11/2020 for 30 beds through OCMMS. </p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.7pt; line-height: 24px;">The HCF has submitted completion certificate of ETP installed for capacity of 15 KLD for treatment of waste water being generated from the HCF.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"> The HCF has submitted undertaking and intimated that treated water through ETP will be discharged onto land for plantation on area approx. 1.5 Acres.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.7pt; line-height: 24px;">The HCF was visit on 17/03/2023 and it was observed as under:-</p>

Hospital.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 22.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The hospital comprising of 30 beds engaged in the process of providing medical services.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 22.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The hospital has installed ETP for treatment of effluent being generated from hospital. The effluent was being discharged onto land for plantation and gardening within the premises of the HCF at area approx. 1.5 Acres. Sufficient trees has planted within the boundary of the hospital.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 22.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The hospital has installed water meter at the of the ETP.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 22.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The HCF has installed DG set of capacity 63 KVA which is provided with canopy.</p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 22.95pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">6. The compliance of BMW Rules, 2016 were also verified and HCF found complying.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0in 5.35pt 0.0001pt 5.25pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.3pt; line-height: 24px;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF for 30 authorized beds for a period upto 30/09/2027 subject to suitable conditions along with special conditions as under:-</p>
