<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The agency was granted ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 vide no: CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2021/16088058 dated 06.08.2021 for operation of Car agency for sale, service & washing of Suzuki arena cars. Now, the agency has applied for renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981. The agency has submitted C.A. certificate dated 24.01.2023 and as per this C.A. certificate, value of fixed assets is 2.40 Crores. The agency has already deposited Rs 54,000/- as consent fee under the Air Act, 1981 vide UTR No. N338201327999366 dated 13.12.2020. The agency has now deposited Rs 2700/- as consent fee under the Air Act, 1981 vide UTR No. N044232329908303 dated 13.02.2023. The fee deposited by the agency under the the Air Act, 1981 is adequate for period upto 30.09.2024 after deducting Rs. 2700/- as penalty under the Air act, 1981 (Penalty slab: 3-6 month expiry of the consent: 25% of one year consent fee). The agency has already submitted lease agreement between M/s Godawari Capital Private Limited (Lessor) and M/s Lovely Auto, Nakodar Raod, Jalandhar (Lessee) & this lease agreement is valid for period upto 16.12.2028. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 4.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The agency was visited by undersigned on 15.03.2023 and it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The agency has provided one D.G. set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 4.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Thus, the agency is complying with the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 4.0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the agency for sale, service & washing of Maruti Suzuki Arena cars @ 50 cars for period upto 30.09.2024 subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
