<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent has submitted reply of the clarification raised on 15.03.2023 as under:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry is not maintaining RG register and are maintaining general register for record of daily production machine wise and it has changed the old machines with new machines to improve the quality of products, hence fixed assets have increased. The project proponent has submitted month-wise production capacity of the plant wef April-22 to Feb-23, as per which production capacity varies from 75.499 T/month to 295.425 T/month and accordingly per day production will be 2.7 TPD to 11.8TPD which is well within the consented capacity.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above and point no. 2,4,5 & 9 of the visit dated 09.03.2023, it is recommended that the industry may be issued show cause notice for refusal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity of 7 days to submit reply.</p>
