| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under
1) the value of fixed assets have increased by 36 lacs as compared to fixed assets at the time of obtaining previous CTO. It is requested to submit details of expansion along with bills and give undertaking that with the increase in assets whether there has been increase in production or Pollution load.
2) the industry has only mentioned one dg set in the application form however in the previous cto there were 2 dg set.
3) the industry has not submitted certificate from dtp in compliance of special condition no. 10 that how much time the industry can operate at the location.
You are requested to attend the above observations within 2 days. |
