<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 11000/- vide UTR No. P024230216530854 dated 24.01.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 8800/- vide R. No. 70/5523 dated 06.01.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for 3 years i.e. upto 01.04.2025 under each Act against the total cost of the project Rs. 15.11 lacs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted sale deed between Sh. Charanjit Singh Ahluwalia, Authorized person of Surya Jyoti Safety Products, Inida Private Limited and Sh. Yash Pal, S/o Piara Lal R/so C-230, Azad Nagar Patiala, Tehsil & District Patiala of industrial pot measuring 3 Kanal 0 Marlas (1800 sq.yards), situated at Focal Point Chanalon, Hadbast No. 110, Tehsil Kharar, District SAS Nagar. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted site plan / building plan of industry approved by Er. Mandeep Singh Saini, Competent Person approved under Factories Act.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry was visited by undersigned on 02.03.2023. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of the above, if may approved, the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be 30.09.2024 subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions:</span></p>
