File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;">The unit is a small scale orange category residential colony and was earlier the granted the NOC dated 12.07.2021 valid upto 11.07.2022 for Residential colony with 149 no. plots in an area of 5.0625 acres. Now, the project proponent has applied for extension in Consent to Establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. As per agenda note, RO has reported that the site was visited by AEE on 07.03.2023 and it was observed that around 15-20 houses are under construction at site. The project proponent has provided services like road, sewer network at site and the collection tank for the STP has been constructed and installation of STP will be started shortly. The green area in the project site has been developed.
