It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 alongwith an opportunity to submit the reply within 10-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 1805-06 dated 17/2/2023 (copy enclosed). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office.  It is also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t notice as well as to give his comments on the efficiency/ adequate of electric evaporated to handle the trade effluent @ 0.15 KLD generated from the project and send fresh recommendations accordingly to enable this office to decide the application.
