It is intimated that PP has applied CTE for the establishment of an Industrial park having 295 industrial parks only white, green & orange category industries. But PP has not submitted the registered lease deed for land around 3.00 acres, to be used discharge for treated water for plantation purposes as per Karnal Technology.PP has not given the detail of the built-up area of the proposed project. PP has not given the proposal to be installed technology to achieve the ZLD by the individual in the water-polluted industry.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTE applied by the PP be issued with an opportunity to submit the reply within 15 days. EE RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP as well as comments on whether wastewater is to be generated without o&G contents or not, whether the feasibility report of the proposed STP submitted by PP is adequate to treat the wastewater to be generated from the project or not and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
