<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved CTO under the Water Act,1974 be granted up to 30/06/2025, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the industry within two months to verify the adequacy/efficiency of the pan evaporator installed by the industry to handle the effluent generated from the washing color-making machine and verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
