<p>No complaint has been received against the industry .The industry has submitted noise analysis report from the M/s Sima labs pvt ltd which are attached for reference .The industry was visited on 15.03.23 for carrying out the noise monitoring ,however the industry was not in operatiion during visit .</p>
<p>In view of above ,it is recommended that the renewal of CTO under the Water Act ,1974 and Air Act ,1981 may be granted to the industry upto one year with condition that </p>
