The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has made the expansion in the existing premises to the extent of Rs 25 crores. The applicant has submitted the list of machineries increased and increased in Production capacity.
2. The applicant has not submitted dimensional site plan of its premises and plantation area.
3. The applicant has not submitted year-wise CA Certificate regarding fixed assets so that Consent fees could be calculated accordingly.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be initiated.
