HCEs) will submit a bank guarantee, having validity up to 31.12.2022 to the Board as an assurance to submit analysis result of the sample and installation of appropriate and adequate system to achieve the prescribed standards in case sample fails to achieve the prescribed standards.</span></span></p>

IMA/Punjab/23/01 received on 27.2.2023 made by the Indian Medical Association (Punjab State Branch) that the Central Indian Medical Association has given representation to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India for amendment in parameters of schedule-11, it has been decided in continuation of office order no. 468 dated 31.8.2021 to extend time upto 30.9.2023 to enable the healthcare facilities to achieve the prescribed standards of liquid waste discharged and to grant consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 upto the extended time (30.9.2023) to all the bedded healthcare facilities in towns and cities where terminal Sewage Treatment Plant is to be installed or the same is to be made functional, however, subject to the following conditions: </span></span></p>
