<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: .2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has deposited Rs. 8900/- vide R. no. 943314687 dated 14.03.2023 including application form fee, against the cost of the project of Rs. 232.18 lacs (as per project report). The NOC fees deposited by the industry is adequate for one years. </span></p>

As such the site of suitable for setting up of the unit.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing. </span></p>
