<p>Discussed with worthy MS, it is proposed that NOC may be granted after the industry submitted an affidavite duely authenticated through Suvidha Kendra to the effect that the additional land shall puerly be used for starage of raw material or product and shall not be used for any industrial activity, in any case, if found violating the said condition action will be taken angaist the unit without any further notice please. </p>
<p>Case may be sent back to EE RO for taking further action in the matter as per competancy to decide the case plaese. </p> |
