<p style="text-align: justify;">Discussed and it was noticed that the RO has not given any comment regarding the coverage of the project under the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006. The RO is required to clarify if the built-up area of the components of the project which are to be developed/ constructed by the project proponent at its own level is less than 20,000 sqm and the overall built-up area of the entire project including the individual plots (based on FAR) is less than 1,50,000 sqm or not,and to comment on the coverage of the project under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</p>
<p>If approved, the application be sent back to RO for clarifying/ submitting comments on the aforesaid observations and submit fresh concrete & conclusive recommendations in lieu to the clarification/ comments to be submitted by it.</p> |
