<p>It is subitted as under:</p>
<p>1. This is an Industrial Park in 3,64,643.8 sq. m.</p>
<p>2. Total 295 industrial plots will be developed in 2,64,818.46 sq. m area.</p>
<p>3. Only White, Green and Orange category of industries are proposed, with proposal to install their own ETPs on ZLD technology.</p>
<p>4. Fresh water requirement is 405.4 KLD and 324.3 KLD of domestic effluent is proposed to be generated. Out of it, 180 KLD will be used for flushing purposes and 144 KLD is proposed for utilisation for plantation as per Karnal Technology.</p>
<p>The following observations have been made:</p>
<p>i. The project is covered under EIA notification for Environmental Clearance, no declaration is made by the PP.</p>
<p>ii. Details of the proposed industries wrt their type, ZLD status etc. is not given.</p>
<p>iii. Some industries may be air polluting. This area is fast growing residential area and no provision of the green buffer zone is proposed in the plan submitted by it.</p>
<p>iv. For the disposal of treated effluent, the PP has not reserved any land in the plan submitted by it.</p>
<p>v. Though the proposed industrries are in White, Green and Orange category, but it has been experienced that even the domestic effluent of such industries carries O&G in heavy concentrations. the PP has not considered this parameter while designing the proposed STP.</p>
<p>vi. A Choe is passing through the site of the project and the PP has proposed a site on the banks of this Choe for the management of Solid Waste, which is not environmentaly sound.</p>
<p>If approved, may show cause notice for refusal of consent to establish be issued to submit its reply within 10 days.</p> |
