<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that earlier, BKO has given undertaking in RO that they will not use any un- authorized fuel and if found using then board can take legal action against them & has further requested to restore the electric connection along with de-sealing of electric connection. The electric connection was restored for six month.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EC of Rs. 1.0 Lac was imposed due to use of unauthorized fuel. The brick kiln has submitted EC amounting Rs. 1,00,000/- in the RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Further, the competency of BKOs lies with the Regional Office and the brick kiln has not submitted final completion certificate from PSCST as such, long term consent can to be given to the BKO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the report, 3 visits were made as per protocol for permanent restoration of the electric connection.</p>
