<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As discussed, it is submitted that as the project proponent has applied only for consent to establish (NOC), therefore, the project proponent can develop plantation in atleast 1 acre of land out of 22 bighe 11 biswe taken on lease from the neighboring farmer before applying for consent to operate so that the disposal facility of treated wastewater becomes adequate. Further, the project proponent can also upgrade the existing STP upto 175 KLD before completion of the project so that the treatment facility is adequate to handle the wastewater generation of entire project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Therefore, may if approved, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) application of the project proponent be decided after obtaining <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">clarification from State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Punjab whether this project to be considered a group housing project or not.</span></span></p> |
