The industry has applied for obtaining fresh </span>consent to operate under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has deposited Rs. 58800/- vide R.N. N041232326758973 dated 10.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 58800/- vide R.N. N041232326900599 dated 10.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 8900/- (Including application form fee) vide R.N. N041232326897988 dated 10.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 18.7pt .0001pt 19.6pt;"><span style="mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry was visited by officer of this office on 06.03.2023 and during visit it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit. The<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>industry has installed 1 no. induction furnace with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has submitted feasibility report w.r.t APCD installed with its induction furnace. The industry has installed one wood fired baby boiler with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. shot blasting machine. The industry has also installed one D.G set of capacity 150 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The industry has installed 06 nos. was injection molding machines. </span><span style="mso-font-width: 110%;">There<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>is<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>no<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>source<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>of generation of<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>trade<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>effluent.<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Domestic<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>effluent<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>is<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> being </span>discharged<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>into<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>sewer.<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factory Act, Punjab. The industry has submitted certificate from DTP vide letter no. 1917 dated 07.10.2022 according to which the industry falls in General Industrial Zone.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 18.45pt .0001pt 19.6pt;"><span style="mso-font-width: 110%;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and under Air<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>(Prevention<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>and<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Control<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>of Pollution)<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Act,<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>1981<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>may<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>be granted<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>upto 30.09.2028<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>with<span style="letter-spacing: .95pt;"> </span>usual<span style="letter-spacing: .95pt;"> </span>conditions and with special conditions that:-</span></p>
