| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was examined and it was observed as below :-
1.The industry has not submitted the certificate of Industrial zone/ area of the notified/ draft Master Plan in which the establishment of such industry/ project is permissible. The undertaking shall clearly indicate the revenue entries i.e. Hadbast Number, khewat /khatauni number and Khasra numbers.
2. The industry is required to inform about the disposal of trade effluent generation from washing of its kettles.
